Bidders are required to include the following information: First and Last Names, Business Address, E-Mail Address and a verifiable phone number.
All terms and conditions are fully negotiable with reasonable application of these terms and conditions.
Dust2Dust Music Network USA requires a small deposit [negotiable] to book a Dust2Dust Music Network USA band or artist. ONLY BIDDERS WILLING TO SIGN A WRITTEN COMMITMENT FORM [FOR EVERYONE'S PROTECTION] WILL BE CONSIDERED.
IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO SIGN A COMMITMENT OUTLINING SHOW OR TOUR TERMS, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR OURS.
The following terms are general guidelines for booking Dust2Dust Music Network USA band(s) / artist(s):
All performing bands must be metal, hardcore, heavy rock or punk (street, oi, original hardcore, traditional punk and political punk) [no exceptions]
Outdoor performances [patio] require an upfront payment of $750.00
Dust2Dust Music Network USA band(s), artist(s) may only be booked for mid-bill performances
Play orders must be set and confirmed prior to the show dates, absolutely no play order changes the day of the show
A small retainer [deposit] must be paid prior to any show or tour confirmation
Successful bidders must be willing to confirm terms in writing either online or by mail
You must bid [agree to pay the band, bands or artist(s)]

Sound/Light/Stage: As a general rule, entertainment promoters, venues and/or agent/representatives shall provide adequate facilities including: quality sound management equipment, lighting and sufficient stage area and a professional sound manager. If you are unable to provide any of the above services please email us prior to scheduling a performance, alternatives are available.
We pride ourselves in keeping our commitments. Show cancellations are extremely rare and occur only under the most dire circumstances. However, Dust2Dust Music Network acknowledges shared marketing responsibility and reserves the right to cancel any scheduled performance that clearly has not been promoted or properly organized by promoters or venue owners and/or staff or whenever unprofessional attitudes are such that attitudes prevent a performance from achieving its professional potential or appear to compromise fan and/or band safety.
Compensation-Except for approved benefit events, performances are professional 'paid' entertainment.

In rare instances, when cancellation is deemed necessary by Elctrikchair or its agent(s) any and all deposits collected shall be fully refunded within twenty (20) days after the scheduled performance.
Competitions-ELCTRIKCHAIR performs at competitions as a 'featured' act only [above bid protocol applies.]
***Promotion-It is anticipated that booking agents, promoters and/or venues conduct effective cooperative marketing activities as an ordinary cost of doing business and do NOT rely solely on bands to draw business to their venue.
$10,000.00 Reward: For information and courtroom testimony leading to and resulting in successful prosecution of any person or persons attempting to impede or damage Dust2Dust Music Network USA business including but not limited to malfeasance in attempting to; directly or proximately interfere with or prevent booking, negatively impacting the reputation or professional standing of the band, Elctrikchair, its members, agents, officers, employees or associates. Any related complaints may be submitted in writing to: ehunter1016 @ yahoo.com. Identities of reporting parties will remain confidential except to the extent necessary to seek legal redress in the appropriate legal forum against offending party or parties.
